Andrew Peters is a transformation-focused product and revenue executive with a proven track record of building and leading global teams. Through pioneering data and AI strategies to optimizing global digital experiences, Andrew has scaled organizations from fledgling teams to robust, global departments.

A technology enthusiast, Andrew is dedicated to finding new applications that enhance our work and the customer experience. Previously, Andrew was Executive Chair of AI Strategy at Silicon Labs, where he wrote the company’s inaugural AI policy, and launched the AI Executive Council, a first-of-its-kind in the semiconductor space.

Andrew was responsible for the rapid launch of 16 AI-focused pilots, including four production-ready applications servicing customer and internal use cases, and deployed across vendor and in-house built systems. His focus on tech architecture, AI literacy, and measurable governance drove a story-ready foundation that put AI adoption ahead of the competition.

Solidly focused on the intersection of people, processes, and technology, Andrew led go-to-market strategies as the Global Head of Growth at Silicon Labs. His marketing, product, and sales strategies helped boost average pipeline deal size by 40%, and delivered over $2.7B in created pipeline. He was also responsible for all Digital Experiences, supporting +6M developers a year and helping to increase customer NPS by 37%.

A lifelong Learner and supporter of higher education, Andrew was executive partner to The University of Texas McCombs MBA Lab Program for three years and now serves as an executive advisor to the McCombs School of Business.

Andrew proudly advocates for communities, working with diverse groups, from Leadership Austin to Maven Youth. As the Chair of the Austin LGBT Board of Commerce, Andrew also focuses on improving people-centric economic growth.
