Matthew Jaffee

Distinguished Engineer

Matt Jaffee is a Distinguished Engineer at Circuit where he contributes to the architecture and core technologies that power the platform.  

Previously, Jaffee served as VP of Engineering at Molecula and Lead Platform Engineer of Umbel, leading innovation and pushing novel uses of bitmap indexes resulting in several patents. He also served as a government contractor where he leveraged his early interest in GPU computing to port pattern matching algorithms to CUDA to do high throughput deep packet inspection in the intelligence space. 

Jaffee has a BA in Astrophysics from Frank & Marshall College and MS in Computer Science from Indiana University.
