Matthew Weiss is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Circuit, a company at the forefront of AI and human knowledge. With experience from Anduril Industries, where he helped lead acquisitions, and the U.S. Marine Corps as a Signals Intelligence Officer, Matt has honed a unique blend of strategic and leadership skills. A Wharton MBA graduate and best-selling author, he continues to drive innovation and shape the future through his work at Circuit and beyond.

Øivind Loe is the CTO and Co-Founder of Circuit, where he drives the company’s technical vision and innovation. Before Circuit, he was the co-founder and CTO of Sips by, leading the company to INC5000 recognition and over a million subscribers. With prior roles at Silicon Labs and Energy Micro, Øivind has a proven track record of developing cutting-edge technologies. A graduate of NTNU in Engineering Cybernetics, he is both a visionary technologist and a leader committed to fostering strong team cultures.

Andrew Peters is the Chief Product and Revenue Officer at Circuit, where he focuses on driving transformation through data, AI, and customer-centric innovation. At Silicon Labs, he led groundbreaking AI initiatives, launched the company’s first AI Executive Council, and drove $2.7B in pipeline growth. With expertise at the intersection of people, processes, and technology, Andrew has a proven track record of scaling global teams and enhancing customer experiences.
